Our test wands are precision manufactured using FDA approved white PTFE and are supplied with a manufacturers certificate of conformity. The certificate of conformity from the ISO quality assured bearing supplier confirms the contaminant material, size, grade, hardness and density.
Regular performance testing of both metal detection and x-ray inspection equipment is an essential component of a quality management system. Confirming the accurate performance of a company’s process controls to ensure compliance to the QMS requires calibrated test equipment with full traceability and all equipment certified according to BS EN ISO 9002 and UKAS calibration.

Please note all our test pieces are manufactured to order and may take up to 14 working days to be delivered. Other contaminants and bearing sizes including Stainless Steel 440, Stainless Steel 420 and Bronze are available upon request in sizes upto 20mm.
