Our engineers testing kit is designed for use in the testing and calibration of in-line metal detection systems. The kits contain a selection of 100mm x10mm x 12mm cast acrylic test sticks with varying contaminant types and sizes, supplied in a robust foam lined plastic case to keep them safe. Also included in the case is a USB flash drive containing conformity certificates for all the enclosed test sticks.
The cast acrylic test sticks supplied in these kits can be completely customised to your requirements; we can even assist you in tailoring your selection based on your needs at no extra cost. Once you have ordered your kit we will contact you to confirm exactly what your engineers test kit should contain.
Our test sticks are precision manufactured using cast acrylic, with full traceability. Each test piece is supplied with a manufacturers certificate of conformity. These small acrylic test sticks are available with up to 7.5mm contamination bearings and can be made from clear acrylic with colour-coded lettering or high visibility acrylic with white lettering.
Regular performance testing of both metal detection and x-ray inspection equipment is an essential component of a quality management system. Confirming the accurate performance of a company’s process controls to ensure compliance to the QMS requires calibrated test equipment with full traceability and all equipment certified according to BS EN ISO 9002 and UKAS calibration.

Please note that contaminant bearing sizes may vary slightly from the sizes shown for some contaminants with imperial dimensions. Aluminium, Bronze and higher grades of Stainless Steel are available at an extra cost. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery, as your kit will be manufactured to order.
